About Ed Squire

Because kindness saved my life.
It wasn’t a big event or a single person — it was moments.
Unexpected gestures, simple words, strangers who didn’t look away. I realized kindness is more than soft — it’s strong.
It’s revolutionary.
And it’s how we heal.
What I Do Today
My mission is to help others discover that kindness isn’t weakness—it’s strength with purpose.
Through:
The Kindness Manifesto — My upcoming book and life’s work
The Visible Kindness Podcast — Where real stories create real impact
Workshops, keynotes, and media appearances — Where I bring lived experience to audiences of all backgrounds
MeTooWhatNow - I'm passionate about helping others who have suffered childhood trauma. You can find MeTooWhatNow on YouTube.
I’m a speaker, filmmaker, entrepreneur, podcaster, and Kindness Ambassador — but before all of that, I was someone who lived through the lows of trauma, loss, and healing, and the highs of success, achievments, and gain.
My journey has been fueled by faith in Jesus Christ and a deep desire to live a life of radical kindness — not as a weakness, but as a strength.
Hi, I'm Ed
For over 20 years, I was a senior consultant and trusted advisor working with Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. But behind the success I was a survivor — someone who had faced childhood trauma, personal battles with PTSD, and a long road to healing.
In 2018, I launched MeTooWhatNow to advocate for survivors of abuse. That work led to the birth of Visible Kindness— a movement to make love, empathy, and healing visible in a world that often rewards the opposite.
From Spotlight to Substance – My Journey
What I Believe
Kindness is strength. Faith is the foundation. And leadership is about serving others with compassion, wisdom, and courage.
I believe our past doesn’t define us — it refines us. And through faith and love, we can rise stronger and help others do the same.
What People Say
“Ed is a master storyteller and communicator. His courage and compassion bring a refreshing and much-needed voice to this generation.”
— Dr. Guido Sacchi, Executive Vice President and CIO, Fortune 500 Company

Why Kindness?

TBD - Create a 15–20 second intro video.
“You made it to the About page… that means you’re looking for more than just a headline. So let me tell you what I believe…”
welcome message from you, speaking directly to camera, could really deepen engagement.
“Hey, I’m Ed Squire.
For over 20 years I helped global companies grow—but behind the scenes, I was fighting for my own healing.
That journey gave birth to Visible Kindness—a movement built on one truth:
Kindness is strength. And your story matters.
I’m glad you’re here. Let’s change the world, one act of kindness at a time.”
You being here means more than you know.
Visible Kindness was born out of my own healing — but it's grown into something much bigger.
So take your time here.
Read. Listen. Watch. Let it speak to you.
If something stirs in your heart, reach out. I’d love to hear your story.
We're in this together. 💛
And no matter how you got here, I believe it wasn’t by accident.
~ Kindness is strength.
~ Your story matters.
~ God is with you with every step.
